‘Wishes in Flight’ campaign seeks airline miles to help Make-A-Wish® get local kids’ wishes off the ground

Without spending a dime, you can help local Wish Kids to visit places like Walt Disney World, San Diego, or meet celebrities and sports stars, anywhere in the country.

Just donate some of your airline miles as part of our Wishes in Flight® program. Many major airlines – including American Airlines, Delta, JetBlue and United – enable their frequent flier members to donate to Make-A-Wish.

And remember, while individual airline miles often expire unused, the air miles donated to Make-A-Wish never expire! Help wishes take flight  – with a donation of your unused air miles!

“Make-A-Wish helps wish kids with life-threatening medical conditions to reach their wish destinations, whether it’s to meet a celebrity, go to their favorite theme park or reconnect with a friend who moved away,” said William C. Trigg III, CEO of the Northeast New York Chapter.  “Donating airline miles is an easy way for supporters to help us grant local children’s wishes and give them an experience that improves the quality of life for them and their families.”

You hold the ticket to a child’s wishSMdonate online at www.neny.wish.org or call (518) 456-9474.

Make-A-Wish grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy.  Make-A-Wish Northeast New York serves the 15 counties of the 518 area code, grants nearly 100 wishes each year and has granted more than 1,500 wishes since its founding in 1987.
