BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) Business Resources

The Capital Region Chamber is committed to supporting the success and growth of BIPOC-owned businesses.

Through the Chamber’s team and network of partners, BIPOC entrepreneurs and business owners can access no-cost guidance, referrals, and connections to resources that support business growth and development. Chamber membership is not required to receive assistance.

Support may include:

  • One-on-one assistance
  • Connections to business assistance programs and subject matter experts
  • Referrals to financing, technical assistance, and government resources
  • Educational and networking opportunities
  • Assistance navigating the NYS MWBE certification process
  • Connections to organizations and programs that support diverse-owned businesses
