Leadership Capital Region

Leadership Capital Region (formerly Leadership Tech Valley), an initiative of the Capital Region Chamber and a program of the Capital Region Chamber Foundation, is a dynamic, interactive program that provides skill development and community immersion experiences that enable participants to grow personally and professionally as they explore issues and opportunities in the Capital Region.

Is to develop and inspire leaders to serve and strengthen our Capital Region Community.

Our Vision
Is to ensure a continuum of informed, inspired and engaged community leaders.

Leadership Capital Region has a network of more than 1,400 graduates. LCR unites individuals from diverse fields and backgrounds to learn more about themselves as leaders and how to best serve their organizations and community.
