Two Small Steps for Optimal Health in 2020

Looking for ways to improve your health in 2020? Here are two small changes that will have a big impact.

  1. Consider using a wake up alarm light and place it under your bed for a beautiful morning glow that slowly and naturally wakes you as it gets brighter
  2. Hydration, hydration, hydration…it seems like that’s all we hear today. Why? Because 95% of the population is sub clinically dehydrated. Consider starting your day with a 16 oz of organic green tea with water temp at 180 degrees to prevent burning it. Steep tea for 3 min and add a touch of raw honey. You just might find out that this option will help save time and money.
