The VMJR Companies has commenced construction of the new administrative building for TrailNorth FCU. “We are pleased supporting TrailNorth’s expansion to better serve its member base,” said Victor Macri, Jr., President/CEO of The VMJR Companies. “The new building sits adjacent to TrailNorth’s current Ticonderoga, NY branch. We expect the office to be open in the Spring 2022,” Macri added.
The TrailNorth new administrative building is a 6,000 square foot, wood frame, single story structure located in Ticonderoga, NY. The building will feature; cement board siding, asphalt singles, cultured stone accents, cupolas with custom, TrailNorth logoed weathervanes, office space for 22 employees, a multipurpose room, and a kitchen/break room. The building will feature energy efficient cooling/heating, lighting, and water saving devices as well.
