“In order for companies to achieve higher levels of performance, they must first be open to new methods, tools, practices, technology, etc. In order to embrace these new capabilities, companies must have an approach to change and innovation which I bring with my extensive change management and corporate innovation experience,” said Jeffes. “I help companies find ways to adopt change in order to drive higher levels of performance.”
