St. Paul’s Center Announces Three New Directors of the Board

St. Paul’s Center announced today that Gail Glasser, Adam Barth, Esq. and Mary MacKrell have joined the Board of Directors.

Gail Glasser joins St. Paul’s Center with many years of experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked for various YMCA locations across the country since 1995. Glasser comments “My heart feels compassion and a desire to address homelessness in our region. I believe in the power of intervention, education, empowerment, and respect to assist others on their journey to stop homelessness.”

Adam Barth, Esq. joins St. Paul’s Center with multiple years of working in the New York State Senate. “The popular discourse would have you believe that laziness and drug use are the only things that lead to homelessness, and that homeless individuals deserve our ire and not our help. This is simply wrong. […] I am eager to get involved in the community and serving populations like the one that St. Paul’s serves is one of the most important, noble things a person can do,” Barth comments.

Mary MacKrell brings to St. Paul’s Center a wealth of financial experience having worked as the treasurer of the World Awareness Children’s Museum for over ten years and in the financial industry since 1994. “I have been looking for an opportunity to be involved with a cause that helps young women with families. I am especially interested in helping women with children who are in need.”
