SI Group, a leading global developer and manufacturer of chemical intermediates, specialty resins, and solutions announced today that the company has been ranked as a 2016 Top Entry Level Employer by CollegeGrad.com, the #1 Entry Level Job Site. The Top Entry Level Employers list represents more than 125,000 entry level jobs for the Class of 2016. It details the 2016 entry level hiring plans for more than 400 employers and includes links to entry level and internship job postings for each employer.

According to a survey by Accenture and the American Chemistry Council, “More than 20 percent of the chemicals workforce is approaching retirement in the next three to five years.” In 2016, SI Group filled 55 entry level positions in the United States alone, with plans to add more positions in 2017. “Robust knowledge transfer programs, coupled with professional development opportunities, empower new employees to help drive economic expansion, innovation, social impact, and global distinctiveness,” said Patterson.
