Romero Oncology opened its doors on April 1, 2016 at 4 Avis Drive in Latham and held a ribbon cutting this week. This community-based center was designed for the prevention, diagnosis, treatment and survivorship of cancer. Dr. Jenny Romero is a board-certified physician in medical oncology and internal medicine, as well as board-eligible in critical care. Josephine Class is the chief executive officer and is an oncology nurse. Dr. Romero’s and Josephine’s vision was to open a medical oncology practice and an infusion suite that provides patient focused cancer treatment with an emphasis on survivorship. Their goal is to provide a comfortable caring and compassionate environment for all who enter their doors.
