November 2, 2020Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York Offering Donors Opportunity to Provide Holiday Cards to Family and Friends in Lieu of Traditional Presents
During the months of November and December, the Regional Food Bank is offering a unique holiday gift alternative program.
The program offers donors an opportunity to provide a special gift to family, friends, and business associates in lieu of giving them more traditional holiday presents. These donations help the Food Bank provide year round support to food pantries and other charitable agencies feeding hungry people in northeastern New York.
For a minimum donation of $5 per card, Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York will send a holiday card to the designated recipient notifying them of the special and unique endowment made in their name. If you prefer to send the gift cards yourself, the Food Bank will mail them to you. The cover art for the seven card options is displayed along the left side of this page, and the message inside the cards is as follows: “In recognition of your generous spirit and in keeping with the true meaning of the holiday season, a financial gift to feed the hungry has been donated to the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York.”
