Performance Management Drives Business Success

Effectively managing performance drives the success of a business and the retention of the best employees.  Managers who spend the majority of time addressing performances problems rather than developing their high performers are creating drag in a company.  This program will discuss performance management concepts, ideas to develop supervisor performance management skills, performance review tools, setting goals, and providing constructive feedback leading to retention of great employees and removal of the drag.
