Center Health Care in Albany has received formal recognition from the National Committee for Quality Assurance. The certificate of recognition commends Center Health Care’s systematic use of patient-centered, coordinated care management processes and has been awarded for a one year term through February 2020.
Center Health Care, located at 314 South Manning Boulevard, offers Primary Care, Specialty Medical, Dental, Behavioral Health and Outpatient Therapy services to new and established patients in one easy-to-access location. It provides Optometry services for eye exams, diagnosis and treatment. Community members are welcome and specialized services are offered for individuals with disabilities and their families. With hours from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., most work, school, family and personal schedules may be accommodated. Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances are accepted. Center Health Care is part of the Center for Disability Services.
