Marvin and Company, P.C. is pleased to announce that Reshma N. Mulchandani, CPA has been named a Director and Shareholder. Mulchandani is the youngest female director in the firm’s 97-year history. Mulchandani joined the firm in 2015.
“In just four short years with the Firm, Reshma has proven to be a tremendous asset to both our clients and our employees,” said KevinP. O’Leary, CPA, managing partner for Marvin and Company, P.C. “She has worked very hard to get to get to this point and is well deserving of this promotion. We are thrilled to have Reshma join our Director group.”
Reshma has more than 12 years’ experience working with a variety of clients including businesses, individuals and not-for-profit organizations.
Reshma is a native of Lake George and a graduate of Siena College where she earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She began her career as an accountant in Schenectady then joined Marvin and Company after relocating to the Capital Region from Charlotte, North Carolina.
She was recently selected to participate in the Leadership Tech Valley Class of 2020 and is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Reshma is an integral part of the operations of the Tax practice at the firm and is relied upon heavily to provide leadership and serve as a role model to our staff and she is also a trusted professional to her many clients.
Marvin and Company’s leadership team is now 33% women.
