Cuomo on December 18, 2013. The Act is the first major revision to New York’s nonprofit laws in over 40 years. You are invited to attend a Legal Seminar presented by Catherine M. Hedgeman, Esq.  Ms Hedgeman will discuss the changes in the New York Not-For-Profit Law, how they will effect the business and governance practices of Nonprofits, and she will offer guidance on how to comply with the new law.

This program is designed for Nonprofit Executives and Staff, Board Presidents, Board/Governance members and attorneys. Ms. Hedgeman is the Owner of the Law Office of Catherine M. Hedgeman and is an expert in the areas of Nonprofit Law and Management and Governance.
