November 16, 2016GTM Payroll Services Gives $1,000 to Double H Ranch
GTM Payroll Services is donating a total of $25,000 to several community organizations this year to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Tonight, GTM will be recognized as an underwriting sponsor of the Adaptive Winter Sports Program for the Double H Ranch at their kickoff event at the 190 Grille +Cinema in Glens Falls.
Double H Ranch offers an adaptive winter sports program for kids with critical illnesses. Like the summer camp, the winter program is completely free of charge, and the appropriate equipment is provided. Activities include Alpine skiing, snowboarding, and snowshoeing. Volunteer instructors provide one-on-one instruction.
“Giving back to the community is part of our culture at GTM,” said GTM’s Founder and CEO Guy Maddalone. “The Double H Ranch does such important work for our area’s children and their families coping with illnesses, and our company and our team are proud to support them.”
Last month, several GTM staff and family members visited the Double H Ranch to help with cleaning the camp cabins, including the kitchen, restroom, and sleeping areas.
Year after year, GTM Payroll Services and its employees get involved in the community by volunteering their time, participating in fundraising events,making donations, and contributing goods to local organizations.
