GE Renewable Energy to Host Press Conference and Special Reception at miSci

GE Renewable Energy  Hosted a Press Conference and Special Reception at miSci to Preview New Wind and Solar: The Renewable Energy Revolution Exhibit at miSci and Newly-Commissioned Work for Albany Symphony Orchestra, Re[NEW]al

The event included:

  • Press Conference detailing the successful partnership between GE Renewable Energy and two regional not-for-profit STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) institutions, including the area’s premier science center and nationally-recognized symphony orchestra.
  • Ribbon Cutting for new Wind and Solar: The Renewable Energy Revolution exhibit, sponsored by GE Renewable Energy
  • Open Rehearsal of Albany Symphony Orchestra’s Dogs of Desire, including “Re[NEW]al” by Viet Cuong, commissioned by GE Renewable Energy
  • Special Reception for GE employees, media and special guests
