To our CAP COM Community,
First and foremost, we hope you and your families are healthy and safe.
During this unprecedented time, we remain open and want to share updated information on how to best access your account(s) and how we can help you at this time.
Branches
Effective today, March 18, we will be moving to drive-thru only service at our Western Ave. and Malta branches. At this point all other branch lobbies continue to be opened but we do anticipate going drive-thru only at all branches in the coming days. This is not because of a possible COVID-19 exposure, but a preventive measure to help ensure the safety of both our members and our staff.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will continue to provide updates to you via email and on our website. While we love seeing you in person, right now we ask that you stay home if you are not feeling well.
Digital Account Access & Contact Center
We encourage members to take this time when so many of us are at home to explore digital banking options. Rest assured that we have information available on these options, and that you can reach us at (800) 623-2340 if you have any questions or need us to help walk you through. Our local Contact Center team is here to help.
Financial Relief
Health and safety are everyone’s primary concern right now, but we know that you may have finances on your mind as well. We are providing financial relief on loans for those of you who are being impacted by a work stoppage or reduced income. For more information, see our Financial Assistance page.
Our People
While CAP COM remains open, we are also working with our staff to ensure they take steps to help flatten the curve. We have asked anyone who can work from home to do so. We’ve also made additional paid time off available to our team so they can be comfortable taking the time they need to care for themselves and their loved ones.
At CAP COM, we are People Advocates; as such, we maintain our commitment to our staff, members, and communities. While we work to keep everyone safe, we will also continue to stay in the business of helping our members and showing up (sometimes virtually) every day to serve you in your times of greatest need. We’re all in this together.
