Conflict management is the practice of identifying and dealing with conflicts sensibly, fairly, and efficiently. The workplace has conflicts daily, therefore, it is necessary to understand and resolve conflicts. Attend this webinar to learn the difference between healthy and unhealthy conflict, keys to effective conflict management, and the importance of effective communication to resolve conflict. Panelists for this webinar are Dr. Michele Paludi, Matthew Baird, Dr. Garry McDaniel, and Dr. Gary Stroud.
