October 27, 2016ESAM to Host Presentation on Crash of B-24 on Camels Hump Mountain
The Empire State Aerosciences Museum will welceom aviation historian Brian Lindner to present a talk about the 1944 crash of a B-24 bomber on Camel’s Hump Mountain in Vermont. An oxygen tank recovered from the plane was recently donated to the museum. Learn how the tank is defini&vely linked to the crash and about the local connection of one of the plane’s crew members.
The event will take place on Friday, November 11 at 11 a.m. at the Empire State Aerosciences Museum, 250 Rudy Chase Drive, Glenville. There is no cost to attend the talk.
The museum will be open for viewing, and admission will be FREE for veterans on Veterans Day.
