CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a highly diversified, full-service engineering and construction management firm, announces Cynthia Lagone has joined the firm as a principal engineering design technician in its Albany, NY office. She is returning to CHA to assist the transportation structures team with coordination of bridge inspection projects.
Cynthia has more than 25 years of experience with New York State Department of Transportation bridge inspection contracts. Her responsibilities, encompassing several thousand bridges, included scheduling multiple teams, writing and managing subcontracts, and monitoring project status.
