Creighton Manning Engineering is pleased to announce the addition of Dale “Skip” Francis, PE as Project Manager in our Civil Site Group in the Albany office.
Skip has more than 29 years of experience working for both engineering design firms and heavy construction contractors. He has a strong background in engineering business operations, project management, business development, construction methods and quality control of deliverables. Skip has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York and Indiana.
