Clover Patch Camp 50th Anniversary & Ribbon Cutting for New Waterfront Project

Event: Celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Clover Patch Camp and ribbon cutting for the new waterfront project, constructed by members of the Leadership Tech Valley Class of 2015.

Date: Tuesday, June 2, 2015

Time: 4 p.m.- 6:30 p.m.

Note: Welcoming Remarks & Ribbon Cutting @ 5 p.m., Inaugural Lighting of the Campfire @ 6 p.m.

Location: Clover Patch Camp, Helping Hand Lane, Glenville

Additional Information: Clover Patch Camp, which is part of the Center for Disability Services, is a day and overnight camp for children and adults who have physical or mental disabilities. The camp features fully accessible nature trails, rustic cabins, a heated swimming pool, and now the redeveloped waterfront with a dock and ramp, picnic and campfire areas and landscaping. The improved waterfront will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Clover Patch Camp by benefiting individuals with disabilities, expanding their opportunities to develop social relationships and promoting personal growth and exercise. Clover Patch Camp provides an authentic outdoor summer camp experience for participants.
