May 11, 2017Charlie Palmer State Farm Agency 60 Years and Still Going Strong!
The Charlie Palmer State Farm Agency, located at 119 Mohawk Avenue in the Village of Scotia, celebrated 60 years in business this past Wednesday May 10th. Charlie Palmer Jr., the current operator of the agency has been there for 28 years. His father who started the business in the 50’s completed his work with over 32 years serving the local market. Charlie Jr. is heavily involved with the Scotia BID which works on improving the business district in the Village. The Mayor, neighboring Town Supervisor and other elected officials were on hand with Charlies staff, family and clients to commemorate the moment. The Chamber along with our great Ambassadors helped Charlie and crew celebrate. We hope to be there for your 100 year celebration Charlie!
