By attending this inspiring, innovative and interactive 1.5-hour workshop, you can look forward to:
- Completing your professional communication self-assessment, using the acronym C.O.N.F.I.D.E.N.C.E.
- Learning specific tools to fortify your ability to communicate with professional presence when speaking in person as well as on the phone {e.g. sounding like a leader by monitoring your non-verbal language and active listening and avoiding: verbal fillers, uptalk, and self-sabotaging language and replacing it with clear and compelling communication}
- Applying and reinforcing what you’ve learned by practicing your business communication skills with a partner.
