Brittney Jewelers, a once established business in the new Socha Plaza in Glenville, has reopened under new ownership. The previously owned business closed earlier this year after the original owner retired. Dennis Mahoney purchased the business and is transforming it into his own. On Friday afternoon, the Chamber, along with its Ambassadors, local officials, patrons, family and friends made the opening official with a ribbon cutting. The beautiful, elegant store is now going to be home to a new designer purse line and a name brand watch line. Two items that were absent in the previous version. Dennis is hoping the new fresh merchandise and the unique marketing structure will set him apart from other jewelers in the area and region.
