Alliance For Postive Health Receives Blanket Donation From Albany Business

The Alliance for Positive Health received a special donation of more than 60 child-size blankets yesterday thanks to Fingerpaint and Twill. These blankets will be given to children of clients in the next coming weeks through the Client Services program. Twill has donated about 2,000 blankets since its start in late 2013.

“Fingerpaint’s staff received gift tote bags this past holiday season, and in return a blanket was donated for each tote bag purchased. We chose Alliance for Positive Health as a recipient, and we’re thrilled that our partnership with them and Twill will ensure that these blankets get to families that need them.” said Bo Goliber, Community Relations, Fingerpaint.

“As a start-up company it is so rewarding to be able to donate blankets to children facing challenging times,” said Jeremy Halloran, Twill Founder and CFO. “Partnering with organizations that also share a vision of giving back made this day possible.” The company donates a blanket to a nonprofit organization for every blanket it sells.

“We are so grateful to Fingerpaint and Twill for this donation,” added Donna Vancavage, Director of Development & Marketing for the Alliance for Positive Health. “These blankets are the perfect size for children and will provide a little bit of comfort for children in our community – especially during these cold winter months.”
