A Taste of Upstate New York

After a year of eating his way across Upstate New York seeking out the stories of so many iconic foods, Chuck D’Imperio now shares the stories of dishes we have come to love! Join us as we explore New York’s culinary icons, legendary food purveyors, and unique food traditions, celebrating their history and getting inspired to seek them out. Foodies, history buffs and travel fans will enjoy this delicious all-you-can-eat buffet from the Hudson Valley to the High Peaks to the Finger Lakes and beyond!

The event will take place at Mabee Farm Historic Site on Saturday, January 30 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5 and free for SCHS members!

This talk is part of the Local Eats exhibit series, running through April 2016.
