More than 90 Vendors to Participate in Hill & Markes Trade Show March 3

Hill & Markes Inc., a 111-year-old company located in Amsterdam, New York, is pleased to announce their annual Trade show to be held on Friday, March 3, 2017, at Turning Stone Resort, Verona, New York from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm. New products will be available to attendees in Food Service, Janitorial, School Food Programs, and Office supplies.

Most importantly, will be the opportunity for customers to see new technology in products, as well as our company web site and e commerce site. Ease of ordering and obtaining information on our products will be demonstrated at seminars and with one on one training. In 1906 Amos Hill & Charlie Markes began Hill & Markes Inc. manufacturing ice cream, ice cream cones and candy. In 1947 Harry and Harriet Finkle purchased the company and expanded the product lines to include school supplies, paper products and rental dishes and cutlery. Harry Finkle worked until he was 83 years old. Corporate officers, Neal Packer C.E.O.; Andrea Finkle Packer, Vice President of Marketing; and Jeffrey Finkle, President joined the family business in the 1970’s. In 2009 Jason Packer, VP of Operations, became the 3rd generation to join the company. The focus and growth of Hill & Markes has evolved over time to become a most respected company in the industry.
