June 21, 2023Luther Forest Business Park Ribbon Cutting
Realtor Jeffrey Chouinard and principals of the new Luther Forest Business Park cut the ribbon for an exciting new venture. Joined by officials and representatives from the Saratoga County Chamber, Capital Region Chamber, and Saratoga Economic Development Corp. The business park will serve professional office, research & development, warehouse, and light industrial needs, and the adjacent White Pines Business Suites will offer boutique spaces for small businesses from 1500 square feet. Rayan Aguam represented Senator Jim Tedisco, and Dierdre Ladd spoke on behalf of Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner. Saratoga County Chamber president Todd Shimkus (far left) emceed the event, alongside the author, staff, and volunteers from both chambers.
