Consumer Directed Choices Appoints Jonah Dooley as New Finance Director

Consumer Directed Choices (CDChoices), a nonprofit corporation providing payroll and administrative services to seniors and people with disabilities who manage their own home care, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonah Dooley, CPA, MBA to the position of Finance Director.

In his new role, Mr. Dooley will be the most senior accountant reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. He will oversee day-to-day finance operations and accompany the CFO to draft the financial plans and communicate to the Finance Department team, agency employees and the Board’s Finance Committee.

Prior to joining CDChoices, Mr. Dooley served as Controller for Fischer International Identity, LLC, a privately owned multinational software developer. In that role, Mr. Dooley helped introduce a 12-day close process to provide more timely and accurate information to senior management, implemented a new revenue recognition standard, redesigned budget files and processes to forecast more systematically and accurately, and effectively managed a team through the global pandemic. Mr. Dooley earned his Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University and his Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
