18th Annual Dining Out For Life® to Benefit Alliance for Positive Health

The Alliance for Positive Health’s 18th Annual Dining Out For Life® event returns on June 10, 2021!  This year’s event will help support the vital services we provide in the community for people living with HIV/AIDS. Community members are encouraged to dine in, place a takeout or delivery order, or purchase a gift card from participating restaurants.

Prior to the COVID-19 pandemic, restaurants participating in Dining Out For Life® graciously contributed a portion of their sales to the Alliance for Positive Health, allowing us to continue our important work. Unfortunately, many of these restaurants have been struggling with staffing shortages and other setbacks due to the long-lasting effects of the pandemic. While Ambition Coffee & Eatery in Schenectady, Morgan & Co. in Glens Falls and Innovo Kitchen in Latham will still contribute a portion of their sales today, many other partner restaurants are unable to provide the support they have in the past. We remain committed to these businesses by continuing our tradition of getting people in our community into their doors.

Diners can also donate online or by mail to support program services that are being provided to people living with or impacted by HIV/AIDS. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced clients to rely on Alliance for Positive Health services, such as nutrition and housing support, more than ever before. Donations made will make a real time difference to those most vulnerable in your local community. Those who choose to make a donation will be entered into a drawing to win a getaway to the Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas. (Please note donations are not required for contest entry).

Dining Out For Life® is an annual fundraising event which raises over millions of dollars each year to support the missions of 40+ HIV/AIDS service organizations throughout North America.
