First Responders Support Group Informational Session

In the midst of COVID-19, you’ve answered the call to protect, serve, and heal the public. Now how do you protect and preserve your social and emotional health?

This support group is to promote self-care amongst first responders including health care professionals, emergency response workers, and law enforcement officers. This informational session will address expectations, questions, and concerns related to the upcoming FREE 4-week support group.

This support group is for first responders and essential workers. By participating you will:

  • Establish a community of peer support
  • Learn self-care tools and techniques to manage life stressors
  • Participate in a safe space to share professional challenges

Register here for the info session on Wednesday, April 15 at 6 p.m. EST to learn more about the virtual support group.

As first responders, you are on the frontlines, placing your life at risk daily and the life of your family by proxy. These times are unpredictable as you face the unknown with the novelty coronavirus. As you care for others, you may be putting your needs second. So taking time for yourself may be challenging, but you must be good to yourself, to be good to others.
