October 24, 2017Full Circle Fitness of Colonie Unveils Newly Remodeled Facility
The Chamber, its Ambassadors, clients, family and friends were all on hand to congratulate Laurie and Dan Romand on their newly remodeled facility in Colonie.
Full Circle started in the fall of 2013 and has grown to have 2 locations in Colonie and Saratoga. They’ve developed a loyal following and many of the members have been with them since the beginning.
When they first opened they started by renting a small space in a Karate studio as well as a church. Due to their quick growth they moved their studio to its current location in Colonie, at 251 New Karner Road. They now have approximately 180 clients at the Colonie location.
Full Circle has also begun providing corporate wellness solutions to local businesses by bringing classes and “challenges” into companies. Laurie said it is a great way for people to get some exercise and step away from their desks.
“We like to say that we are helping people add years to their life and life to their years,” said Laurie.
