On Tuesday, October 4, the Capital Region Chamber, elected officials, family and friends joined to welcome Mimi’s Elegance Boutique to 192 Remsen Street in Cohoes.
Proud owner Mireille Cadogan opened the doors in July of this year. She picked Cohoes because she lives there and wants to make a difference in the community.
This store was inspired and started to honor Mireille’s mother, who designed and sewed christening, first communion and wedding gowns.
Mimi’s Elegance Boutique will offer a unique and quality assortment of styles and brands for women from various vendors in New York City and Los Angeles. Stay tuned, as Mireille will be expanding via an e-commerce store as well as a catalog for mail orders. In the meantime, you can see by the storefront filled with beautiful dresses, handbags and jewelry that this is a place you’ll want to check out!
