The Climate Change Scholars Program offers full tuition scholarships for the EXCEL Cleantech Boot Camp, which will be held August 2-7 at Skidmore College. EXCEL provides a tremendous opportunity for executives, entrepreneurs and students interested in sustainability and clean technology to advance their knowledge and business plans.

The Boot Camp is a 50-hour residency delivered by leaders in cutting-edge technologies, executives and scientists. Participants will network and collaborate with thought leaders, technical experts, policymakers and entrepreneurs, all passionate about sustainability. The program also features tours of local cleantech assets, including the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and iCLEAN Incubator, New York Independent Systems Operator (NYISO), and RPI’s Lighting Research Center. The program culminates in a Capstone project – the road map for bringing a product or idea to life. The deadline for application is July 15. Learn more at http://skidmore.edu/nyexcel/index.php. EXCEL is sponsored by NYSERDA.
