CHA Consulting, Inc. (CHA), a highly diversified, full-service engineering and construction management firm, announces Robert Powers has joined the firm as resident engineer. He will utilize his construction and engineering expertise to support CHA’s aviation services in the greater New York metropolitan area.
Robert has 42 years of experience in construction administration and inspection on high-profile, multi-stage construction projects. He earned his bachelor of professional studies degree in civil engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, NY.
