REVA Air Ambulance unveiled one of two new aircraft in their fleet on Tuesday, May 1. REVA operates one of its four headquarters out of the Schenectady County Airport Schenectady County Airport and has flown over 30,000 flights worldwide.
The Glenville operation maintains a workforce of 30 to 35; all of the employees except one of the pilots were area residents before they were hired. The pilots and about 10 of the medical staff are full-time employees. The rest are per-diem, working as evacuation flights demand. We welcome your headquarters and your new aircraft to the Capital Region!
