February 25, 2016Ratsep Promoted to Senior Vice President
Saratoga National Bank and Trust Company has promoted Senior Loan Officer and Corporate Banking Manager Thomas Ratsep to Senior Vice President. The promotion was approved in January by the Board of Arrow Financial Corporation, Saratoga National’s parent company.
As a Senior Vice President, Mr. Ratsep joins the senior management team and will contribute to strategic planning efforts. He will continue to develop new lending relationships, oversee lending decisions and manage the Bank’s team of lenders. Mr. Ratsep joined Saratoga National in 2015 with 20 years of banking and credit administration experience in the Capital Region.
Mr. Ratsep has a bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Vermont in Burlington; he is also a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College and Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania. Active in the community, Mr. Ratsep is Director and Treasurer for Saratoga County Rural Preservation Company in Ballston Spa.
