CHA Tech Services (CHATS), a construction management firm and subsidiary of CHA Consulting, Inc., announces three construction professionals have joined its Albany area staff.
Laura Gresen has joined the firm as an administrative assistant managing financial information for CHATS campus and institutional projects. Laura is currently enrolled at Columbia Green Community College in Hudson, NY working toward her associate’s degree in business administration.
John Lynch has rejoined the firm as a project manager, overseeing management, repair, and new installation projects. John has worked in the manufacturing industry for 50 years, serving as a production leader and process leader for much of his career. He has in-depth knowledge of polymer production systems including quality, production and maintenance issues for AP, resin, finishing, and polystyrene facilities.
Lawrence Hallenbeck has joined the firm as a resident engineer utilizing his quality control expertise to provide CHATS with engineering support. Lawrence is a quality control engineering and inspection professional with specialized experience in mechanical and piping systems. He is certified for a variety of visual and mechanical inspections as well as nondestructive testing.
