November 30, 2017Kinderhook Bank Corp. Appoints Kate Wolfe to Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of both The National Union Bank of Kinderhook (“Kinderhook Bank”) and Kinderhook Bank Corp. (“KBC”) announced today that Kathleen J. Wolfe, Regional Executive Vice President of Kinderhook Bank, has been named to the boards of Kinderhook Bank and KBC.
“Kate is an experienced banker that will bring an executive leadership perspective and impressive banking knowledge to her position as a director.” said Scott Shallo, Kinderhook Bank Corp., Board Chairman.
Wolfe, formerly President and Chief Executive Officer at Patriot Federal Bank, recently helped ensure a smooth transition of merger with Kinderhook Bank. Prior to her career with Patriot as one of the founding officers, she was with Trustco Bank and Landmark Community Bank. Wolfe served previously on numerous boards and community organizations and is currently on the Liberty Foundation Board of Directors.
