JPMorgan Chase Awards $2,500 to miSci’s Jane Golub STEM Fund in Support of Schenectady City School District

The Museum of Innovation and Science (miSci) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded $2,500 by JPMorgan Chase in support of its Jane Golub STEM Fund.

The Jane Golub STEM Fund increases access to the Museum’s educational programs for underserved youth through free or discounted admissions and reduced or waived tuition for school break and summer classes. This commitment by JPMorgan Chase will be used to provide programs for students in the Schenectady City School District.

“The Museum of Innovation and Science inspires a spirit of continuous learning and development,” said Joseph Salinetti, Vice President, Commercial Banking, JPMorgan Chase. “We are proud to support miSci and the Jane Golub STEM Fund which are giving kids new opportunities to grow by introducing them to the power of science and technology.

Jane Golub was an iconic business and philanthropic leader in the Capital Region and her adopted hometown of Schenectady. Jane championed efforts dedicated to improving the health and welfare of women and children. She served on boards, committees, and capital campaigns for many organizations, and was a miSci Trustee for more than 15 years.
