IGNITE YOUR BEST AND SOAR HIGHER

The Capital District Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC) is excited to announce a truly transformative and interactive virtual program on October 6, 2020 to help individuals and teams ignite their best and soar higher!

Nationally-recognized author of “30 Days of Character Strengths, A Guided Practice to Ignite Your Best”, Jane S. Anderson will guide us through an inspirational experience with character strengths. By knowing your character strengths – the most positive assets of who you are – you can ignite your best self and soar higher in every aspect of life.

We all have a distinct constellation of strengths. Character Strengths are the positive parts of your personality that impact how you think, feel and behave. Scientists have identified 24-character strengths that you have the capacity to express. They are different than your other personal strengths, such as your unique skills, talents, interests and resources, because they reflect the “real” you—who you are at your core.

Join us October 6, 2020 on Zoom from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM EDT to discover how your unique blend of character strengths can help you grow highly rewarding connections with others and achieve more together.

This program teaches you how to optimally apply your character strengths in balanced ways to benefit others and ourselves. Harnessing your character strengths helps you thrive and grow meaningful connections with your constellation. Furthermore, research shows that aligning four or more of your signature strengths to work related activities can increase engagement and job satisfaction.

Attendee donation is $40 per person. One hundred percent of donations go towards supporting the mission of WERC – advancing women’s success in the workplace by building their economic and personal independence. Register before September 29th at: bit.ly/werc2020
