Mohawk Honda and Mohawk Chevrolet have turned pink in support of October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month, people showcase the color to honor survivors, remember those lost to the disease, and support the progress to defeat breast cancer.

The dealerships have also updated their Facebook pages to reflect pink.
“As a company, we believe in supporting the community around us,” said Andy Guelcher, General Manager of Mohawk Honda and Dealer Principal at Mohawk Chevrolet. “This campaign is something that the Capital Region supports tremendously, and we are right by their side.”
In addition, Mohawk Honda and Mohawk Chevrolet are supporters of the Real Men Wear Pink and Real Kids Wear Pink campaigns to raise money for breast cancer research and patient support.
Travis Landry is participating in the Real Men Wear Pink Campaign, representing Mohawk Honda.
“Breast cancer affects everyone. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or woman,” said Travis Landry, employee at Mohawk Honda. “That’s why I’m stepping up to fight breast cancer with all I have. Since I’m able to make a difference within my community, I believe I have an obligation to do so.”
