April 5, 20182018 Ambassador Appreciation Lunch
On Tuesday, April 3rd the Chamber celebrated the Ambassadors with an appreciation lunch. The lunch was held at the famous Jack’s Oyster House in downtown Albany. The Ambassadors play such a vital role in the Chamber. They are the Chamber’s eyes and ears and relay important information to the safe that help align the Chamber’s mission with that of the business community. They tirelessly show up at events and facilitate member visits to insure that members are engaged and educated on all that the Chamber does. This lunch was a small gift of appreciation from the Chamber for all of their hard work. At this meeting an Ambassador was crowned the 2017 Ambassador of the Year for her outstanding dedication to the community, the Chamber and to the mission of prosperity. 2017’s Ambassador of the Year was the Glenville YMCA’s Executive Director Donna Gigone.
