Leadership Capital Region is a dynamic, interactive program that provides skill development and community-immersion experiences, empowering participants to grow personally and professionally as they explore issues and opportunities shaping the Capital Region.

Is to develop and inspire leaders to serve and strengthen our Capital Region Community.

Vision
Is to ensure a continuum of informed, inspired, and engaged community leaders.

With nearly 1,500 graduates, LCR unites individuals from diverse fields and backgrounds to learn more about themselves as leaders and how to best serve their organizations and community. The LCR network continues to foster collaboration, civic engagement, and long term regional impact.
