Attracting and retaining top talent is essential for business growth and regional success. Our Executive Mentorship Program, presented by the Young Professionals Network (YPN), connects ambitious young professionals with high-level business leaders for mutual professional and personal development. Since 2004, more than 1,320 young professionals have been paired with area leaders, many of whom maintain ongoing relationships.

What is the time commitment?

The program runs from January to June, requiring a commitment of approximately two hours per month from mentors and mentees. Participation in mentorship events is highly encouraged, as they help build a strong foundation for the partnership. Dedication to your match and a willingness to invest time and energy are key to a successful mentoring experience.

Who can participate?

This program is open to young professionals looking to advance their careers and experienced professionals willing to grow personally and professionally. Executive Mentorship is open to all.
