Youth Financial Literacy Art Program Downtown Albany

The Young Futures Co. is excited to announce the launch of its innovative Youth Financial Literacy Art Program, designed to inspire and educate the next generation about financial literacy through creative expression. The program will teach fundamental financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, equity and investing. Art-based activities, such as sneaker design, paint by numbers, candle making, crystal jewelry making are designed to engage the children in the curriculum while providing an environment for free creative expression.

Young Futures has achieved tremendous success in teaching and increasing the understanding of the financial concepts through previous cohorts of the Young Futures Art Financial Literacy Program. Our students experienced a 168% improvement rate in their financial literacy scores which were tracked through entrance and exit tickets at the start and end of the 10-week course. Young Futures is making important progress in eradicating poverty through early intervention, we are rectifying a deficiency in the school system by providing these free financial literacy classes to school-aged children.
