August 21, 2015You’re Invited to CDPHP & SEFCU “Cornival” Fundraiser
CDPHP and SEFCU have teamed up to raise funds and awareness for the issue of hunger in our community. On Thursday, August 27 they are presenting the “We’re All Ears Cornival,” a carnival-atmosphere event with games, a chefs’ tasting competition, caricature art, music by B95.5, and more, at the Patroon Creek Office Park in the outer SEFCU parking lot from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event is free of charge and open to the public. Games are $1 each and the chef’s tasting competition is $10 to taste up to 15 different corn dishes created by well-known area restaurant chefs. All proceeds will benefit the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York. Donations of non-perishable food items will also be accepted.
