April 9, 2018Writing Workshop at Schenectady JCC
Schenectady JCC (SJCC) will host a six-part writing workshop on Fridays (from May 4 through June 8), 1:00 to 3:00 pm that will focus on writing a short story. The workshop will cover the basics of fiction writing, character, plot, setting, theme, and dialogue.
The fun and supportive workshop is facilitated by author Susannah Risley, who has been teaching writing programs in libraries, nature preserves, community centers and schools throughout New York for more than 17 years.
Registration is $30 for SJCC members and $45 for non-members. Registration is requested by Friday, April 27.
