Wolf Hollow Brewing Opens in Glenville

Wolf Hollow two ribbon cuttingLocal officials, customers, family, friends, and Chamber Ambassadors celebrate the grand opening of Wolf Hollow Brewing at their new location in Glenville with a ribbon cutting.

Good friends Pete Bednarek and Jordan White originally started Wolf Hollow Brewing as a nano brewery in the West Glenville Grange, brewing approximately 80 gallons of beer in a ½ barrel brew system per week in the fall of 2013.  The new 3,000 sq. ft. facility will enable production to increase to 450 gallons a week using a state of art brewing system which they had custom built and delivered to their new location. In addition to purchasing beer in pints to growlers to take home, Wolf Hollow will be expanding distribution to selected local restaurants, pubs, and taprooms. The new facility also has a large tasting room where people and meet and learn about the brewing process.

“We are about great craft beer and community. We believe that craft beer has the power to bring people together and create community. When community forms, we all benefit and so for us this beer is more than just a tasty beverage, it’s a way to develop and grow relationships that will help our community flourship” stated Jordan White, head Brewer. “The way we started this business was unique. We have 27 different Founders and Contributors who essentially donated funds to give us the starting capital to make Wolf Hollow happen at the West Glenville Grange. These special folks were friends, family and neighbors and they trusted us when we had absolutely nothing to show them except a few small tastes of homebrew and a dream of brewing beer for them to enjoy” added Peter.

Wolf Hollow Brewing is open Thursday and Friday 4 to 9 p.m. and Saturday, 12 noon to 8 p.m. To learn more visit www.wolfhollowbrewing.com or call 518.214.4093
